RETURNS

Kultured Misfits strives to create products that our customers love, keep for years and stand the test of time, but sometimes that is not the case. If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return items from your order for an exchange, or store credit.

DOMESTIC RETURNS

Kultured Misfits purchases returned within 10 days of their original shipment date that are in new, unworn, and original condition are eligible for store credit or an exchange. (All exchanges dependent on existing stock.)

Notice must be given to Info@kulturedmisfits.com for any problems or concerns with merchandise. Items must be in their original packaging, in as-new condition with both the printed receipt and return form when returned.

Domestic customers are financially responsible for shipping the item back to Kultured Misfits for the exchange. International customers are financially responsible for shipping the item back to Kultured Misfits for the exchange, as well as for shipping the exchanged item back to their respective country.

Exceeded my expectations

First, I ordered the hoodie at the beginning of the week and I think I had it in my hands by the end of the week. And I truly wasn't expecting for it to be as thick and heavy as it is. I kind of collect hoodies like Cosby used to wear black collegiate sweatshirts, so I have quite a few, but none as well made as this one. It's not cold enough in TX yet but as soon as it gets cold enough, this will be my go-to.
