We're sorry that the item that you are interested in is out of stock. Occasionally, depending on the style, items and sizes are restocked. On the product page, you can subscribe yourself to get notified when your item is back in stock.

We’re sorry that the item that you purchased is damaged. To send the item back please visit the Returns section and fill in your order number and e-mail address to receive further instructions. Return costs for faulty items are covered by Kultured Misfits.
All items in our collections come with a care label. We strongly recommend you to always follow the instructions on this label. If you have additional questions or you want further advice, please get in touch with us via phone or mail.
SHIPPING + HANDLING
All orders are shipped via UPS or DHL depending on the customers selection. Rates are calculated through a UPS or DHL rate calculator.

We've partnered up with UPS to offer the low shipping rates available under SmartPost, however SmartPost shipping may take up to 8-10 days to arrive. Please consider this timeline when choosing your shipping method.
Note : All orders must allow for 2-5 business days of processing prior to being shipped due to packaging and handling.
International orders are shipped via the best possible way. All international orders are shipped Delivered Duties Unpaid (DDU). This means that you, the customer, are responsible for paying your local country's import duties at time of delivery. Placing an order to an international destination serves as confirmation that you understand your responsibility to pay these fees. Unfortunately, we are unable to calculate these fees at time of purchase. Orders returned to the US from International Couriers will incur a 15% restocking fee unless otherwise discussed.

Pre-order & made to order items will ship once stock becomes available. The estimated delivery date will be listed in the product description of the item. You will receive an email with tracking once it’s been shipped.

Missing Package Policy:
Once your order has been shipped, the responsibility for delivery, status, and location of your package transfers to the shipping provider. If your package is missing or you have any questions regarding its delivery status, we recommend contacting the shipping provider directly for the most accurate information.
You can track your package using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email. If the provider is unable to resolve the issue or if there are further concerns, please contact our customer support team, and we will assist you in any way we can.
Please note that we are not responsible for packages once they have been shipped, and any inquiries regarding lost or delayed shipments must be directed to the shipping provider.
RETURNS + EXCHANGES
Kultured Misfits strives to create products that our customers love, keep for years and stand the test of time, but sometimes that is not the case. If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return items from your order for an exchange, or store credit.
DOMESTIC RETURNS
Kultured Misfits purchases returned within (10) days of their original shipment date that are in new, unworn, and original condition are eligible for store credit or an exchange. (All exchanges dependent on existing stock.)
Notice must be given to Orders@kulturedmisfits.com for any problems or concerns with merchandise. Items must be in their original packaging, in as-new condition with both the printed receipt and return form when returned.
Domestic customers are financially responsible for shipping the item back to Kultured Misfits for the exchange.

International customers are financially responsible for shipping the item(s) back to Kultured Misfits for the exchange, as well as for shipping the exchanged item back to their respective country.

If Free Shipping has been provided, there will be a restocking fee depending upon region: $15 for domestic orders, $20 for Canada, & $30 for international.
Store Credit for Price Drop
Price Adjustment Policy:
If you purchase an item on our website and the price drops within (3) days of your purchase, we’ll issue you a store credit for the difference. To request a price adjustment, please reach out to our customer service team with your order details and a link to the item’s current price. The store credit can be used for future purchases on our website. This policy applies to full-price items and does not include sale or clearance items.
Exclusion of Flash Sales or Promotions

Please note that our price adjustment policy does not apply to limited-time flash sales, promotional events, or special discounts such as our annual Black Friday and Cyber Monday sales. Received wrong item (size, color, etc.) or damaged Items:
If your order was received, damaged, incomplete or incorrect, please notify us within 5 business days upon receiving. We will then you further instructions for the return. Once the return is received, the correct and complete items will be shipped.
