Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Returns & Exchanges
We only accept returns up to 10 days after receipt of your purchases and exchanges (no refunds) for up to 15 days after receipt of your purchase. Please contact Customer Service using the "Contact Us" tab located on the bottom of the website and/ or email "email@example.com" before sending out your item(s).
Returns and exchanged item(s) must be sent back in their original packaging, and with the hang tags still attached. Attached with your item(s) please include a copy of your invoice and a written explanation indicating the reason the items are being returned or exchanged.
You will be responsible for the shipping charges associated with the exchanges. We also recommend that you insure the product that you are shipping, Kultured Misfits is not responsible for any packages that are lost in transit.
Received wrong item (size, color, etc.) or damaged Items:
If your order was received, damaged, incomplete or incorrect, please notify us within 5 business days upon receiving. We will then you further instructions for the return. Once the return is received, the correct and complete items will be shipped.
