By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply  to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services. If these Terms of Service are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms of Service.

Any new features or tools which are added to the current store shall also be subject to the Terms of Service. You can review the most current version of the Terms of Service at any time on this page. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

Returns & Exchanges

We only accept returns up to 10 days after receipt of your purchases and exchanges (no refunds) for up to 15 days after receipt of your purchase. Please contact Customer Service using the "Contact Us" tab located on the bottom of the website and/ or email "info@kulturedmisfits.com" before sending out your item(s).

Returns and exchanged item(s) must be sent back in their original packaging, and with the hang tags still attached.  Attached with your item(s) please include a copy of your invoice and a written explanation indicating the reason the items are being returned or exchanged.

You will be responsible for the shipping charges associated with the exchanges.  We also recommend that you insure the product that you are shipping, Kultured Misfits is not responsible for any packages that are lost in transit.

Received wrong item (size, color, etc.) or damaged Items:

If your order was received, damaged, incomplete or incorrect, please notify us within 5 business days upon receiving. We will then you further instructions for the return. Once the return is received, the correct and complete items will be shipped.

Mobile Terms of Service

The Kultured Misfits mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by Kultured Misfits (“Kultured Misfits”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.

By consenting to Kultured Misfits’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Kultured Misfits through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).

You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with Kultured Misfits. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.

We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.

You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to +18335780697 or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other Kultured Misfits mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. You acknowledge that any messages, including any STOP or HELP requests, you send to a short code or telephone number we have changed may not be received and we will not be responsible for honoring requests made in such messages.

The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.

SHIPPING + HANDLING

All orders are shipped via UPS or DHL depending on the customers selection. Rates are calculated through a UPS or DHL rate calculator.

We've partnered up with UPS to offer the low shipping rates available under SmartPost, however SmartPost shipping may take up to 8-10 days to arrive. Please consider this timeline when choosing your shipping method.

Note : All orders must allow for 2-5 business days of processing prior to being shipped due to packaging and handling.

International orders are shipped via the best possible way. International customers are responsible for customs duties and/or brokerage fees in addition to shipping costs assessed during checkout.

RETURNS + EXCHANGES

DUE TO COVID-19 : As of March 2020 - All Sales Are FINAL (Including Exchanges)

Kultured Misfits strives to create products that our customers love, keep for years and stand the test of time, but sometimes that is not the case. If you are not satisfied with you purchase you may return items from your order for an exchange, or store credit.

DOMESTIC RETURNS

Kultured Misfits purchases returned within 10 days of their original shipment date that are in new, unworn, and original condition are eligible for store credit or an exchange. (All exchanges dependent on existing stock.)

Notice must be given to Info@kulturedmisfits.com for any problems or concerns with merchandise. Items must be in their original packaging, in as-new condition with both the printed receipt and return form when returned.

Domestic customers are financially responsible for shipping the item back to Kultured Misfits for the exchange. International customers are financially responsible for shipping the item back to Kultured Misfits for the exchange, as well as for shipping the exchanged item back to their respective country.

Notice must be given to Info@kulturedmisfits.com within 1 day (24 hours) from the order date/time, in order to cancel the order for a full refund.

If Free Shipping has been provided, there will be a restocking fee depending upon region: $15 for domestic orders, $20 for Canada, & $30 for international.
